I’m Jason Bui, a kinesiologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a certificate in Ergonomics. I’ve spent over three years as a personal trainer, specializing in injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, and strength and conditioning.
I believe that everyone deserves to freely live life pain-free. This philosophy drives my approach to kinesiology, where I focus on restoring functional mobility, reducing joint pain, and helping my clients regain confidence in their bodies. Through my work with a variety of rehab clients at a private club, I’ve seen the positive impact that evidence-based movement strategies can have from reducing discomfort to improving overall quality of life.
I’m passionate about bringing compassion, professionalism, and up-to-date knowledge to each session, ensuring that my clients are not only moving better but also moving safer and stronger.
